First step is boil milk between boiling add cardamom

After boil add sugar and dissolve it..when it's dissolved add khoya.do crush it khoya and add sprinkle type but let it to cooking smothly..when khoya dissolved add qalaqand same mix it

Qalaqand mix after mix seewayian (take one pan and little fry in one table spoon ghee sewayian like colour become brown) add sewayian milk meterial let it slow flame and cook 15 min..

Jub sewayain milk main add ho jati hain so is dish ka naam bhi change hojata hai ☺️jaisy sheer khurma

Take one pan and fry all dry nuts except dates.. when nuts fry..add in sheer khurma last main dates bhi dal kar serve karain
