Bathua is slightly warm, and yogurt is cool, so I mixed them to make raita, which is very beneficial for the stomach. I made this to eat for lunch.

First, clean and wash the bathua thoroughly. Then, boil it in a pot with 3 tablespoons of water.

Now, strain the bathua in a sieve to remove excess water. Take the yogurt.

Put the yogurt in a pot, add 1/4 cup of water, and whisk well. Also, mash the bathua well.

Mix the bathua into the yogurt, then add all the salts and spices and mix well.

Our bathua raita is ready. Serve it in a bowl with a pinch of spice on top.

Enjoy the tangy and cool bathua raita.
