Steps

Take a container grate bottle Gourd.

Take a container add Besan, add salt, red chilli powder, Cumin Coriander powder, Garam Masala powder, Cumin seeds, gratated bottle Gourd mix it well.

After mixing Besan atta add water as required make a dough.

Take a pressure cooker add a water boil it and container apply oil keep Muthiya and give steam it for 10min minutes without whistles.

Remove Muthiya from pressure cooker.

Take a pan add oil heat it add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, curry leaves, red chilli, hing,till fry it and add louki Muthiya fry it well.

Louki Muthiya is ready serve it hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
