Ingredients

  1. 2-3 bunchwashed and dry spinach leaves 🍃
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. 1 tablespooncornstarch
  6. 2 tablespoonsmustard oil 🛢
  7. as per requirementWater for making batter
  8. 1 teaspoonchat masala powder
  9. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  10. As neededblack salt
  11. Pinchbaking powder
  12. as requiredregular salt
  13. 2 teaspoonslime juice

Cooking Instructions

    Mix everything except spinach, oil and baking powder.
    Make a thick and smooth batter with poring consistency.
    Now add baking powder pinch of,
    and mix again but too much mixing is not needed.
    And keep aside.

    Heat the mustard oil and keep the flame in low medium heat.
    Check the oil is perfect or not
    Now dip the spinach in the batter coated all around evenly and drop in the oil one after another.

    And gently stir the spinach,and fry until crisp 😋

    And it's delicious delicious, serve hot with a cup of warm tea or coffee ☕
