Ingredients

  1. 1/4 bowlYellow moong dal
  2. 3Tomato
  3. 2Carrot diced
  4. 1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoonSugar
  6. 1 teaspoonButter
  7. 2-3Cauliflower florets
  8. as requiredSalt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    First of all wash the yellow moong dal.

  2. 2

    Put this in pressure cooker. Also take tomato, carrot and cauliflower florets.

    Now put 3 to 4 bowls of water into the veggies and dal.

    Pressure cook for 4 whistles.once done cool it and open

  5. 5

    Now grind the soup mixture. Once grinded strain it.

  6. 6

    Take the strained soup in a bowl give it a boil. Add sugar, black pepper.

  7. 7

    Serve hot by adding butter and enjoy.
