This chicken recipe is very easy to make and takes very little time.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok (kadai).

Add the whole spices, onion paste, ginger paste, and garlic paste.

Cook for 5 minutes, then add all the powdered spices.

Add the marinated chicken.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the yogurt.

Cover again and cook for another 10 minutes.

Uncover and sauté the chicken.

Continue to cook, stirring, until the chicken is well browned and cooked through.

Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot with roti or naan.
