  • 1tsp moong dal
  • 1 bowlCurd
  • as requiredOil for frying
  • as required Greenchatny n khatti mithi chutney
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Green chili choup
  • as required Lal mirchi powder for sprinkle
  • as required Roasted jeera powder for sprinkle
  • 1 tbspFresh coriander
  • as required Besan boondi for garnish
  • 1 tbspSugar powder

    Soak udaddal moong dal for 6 to 8 hours then grind it n make thick better add green chilli n Coriander saly n mix very well

    Now heat oil on the flem n make vada with strainer see pic took some better n put on strainer n fletten on better n make hole centre of better with wet finger now put in hot oiltake handle n slowly transfer into hot oil now. Make all vadas like this

    Now transfer into water bowl or buttermilk n water mix bowl for 10 15 min now vada transfer to sweet curd n take a plate or bowl put vada in the bowl sprinkle lzal mirch powder jeera powder fresh dhaniya 2type of chatny bundi
