Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  1. 600-700 mlfresh full fat milk
  2. 1/4 cupalmonds flour(homemade)
  3. 1-2 tablespoonwheat flour
  4. 2 tablespoonspure ghee
  5. 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  6. 2 tablespoonshoney
  7. 1 tablespoonroughly chopped almonds for garnishing
  8. 2 pinchstrands of saffron
  9. 1/2 teaspoonalmonds essence (optional if available but it becomes more aromatic & delicious)

  1. 1

    Firstly take a sauce pan add ghee then set the stove on low flame burner & add almonds flour,wheat flour and dry roast it until raw smell disappears.make sure it doesn’t burn or stick to the bottom gradually add milk,cardamoms powder,honey and cook until a gentle boil.off the flame burner add almonds essence mix it.

    Pop it in serving cups garnish with chopped almonds,strands of saffron and serve it hot enjoy the recipe this winter’s with your family…!
