Cooking Instructions

Take a mixing bowl, add chicken & all the given ingredients of marination. Mix it well. Cover it with the lid, keep aside for 1/2 hour.

Take a wok or deep bottom pan, add oil, heat it. Add onion, stir fry it till pink.

In goes both the chillies, stir it for a sec. Add in basil leaves, give a stir.

Now add ginger garlic paste, stir fry it until rawness is released.

Add in chicken, stir fry it for a minute. In goes aloo, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

Now add haldi & garam masala powder, stir fry it for a minute.

Add in tomato & salt, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

Now add coconut milk, mix it well. Give a boil. Add some dhania patta, give a stir.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until chicken & aloo is almost cooked. You can keep gravy saucy or whatever you like.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

Can be served along with Rice..
