Chicken breast stir fry with chilli, soysauce, black vinegar, Chinese style

Love Chinese style stir fry, and this one really goes well with a bowl of white rice.
Adjust your preferred amount of chilli. Use Chinese chilli, which is even hotter.

Put dried red chilli in a bowl of water to make it softer. Put dried black fungus to water to soften.

Chop chicken breast into 5mm chopsticks
- 3
Marinate with preparation seasonings and leave it 10 min or so.

Mince leek, ginger and slice garlic.
- 5
Use low heat to cook mince leek, ginger and garlic with vegetable oil, and add halfved red chilli.

When smells well, put on high heat and add chicken breast. Then, add black fugus.

Stir fry 5 min or the meat is cooked, add the last mixed seasonnings to finish and take out from heat.

Goes really well with a bowl of rice
