Wash the carrot and grate it and keep it aside.

Take a pan,add ghee and add grated carrot cook for sometime on low flame. After sometime when it is cook add milk and mix it gently and continuously keep stirring, milk will become froth and will reduce

Keep stirring and scraping the side to remove evoprated milk solid..Cook the carrot till milk is reduced, add ghee if needed,then add sugar and keep on stirring, add cardomom powder and mix it properly

Continue to simmer on low flame and keep stirring. Cook the halwa when it starts to thicken and reduce like pudding consistency, add chopped dry nuts and mix it well. Keep stirring on low flame till ghee release from sides.Garnish with dry nuts and enjoy garam garam halwa in winter.
