Salmon Carappcio
Dill is a good match for salmon carpaccio.
Steps
- 1
Cut the onion into very thin slices and soak in cold water to wash away the pungency of the onions.
- 2
If you don't feel the pungency after leaving it for a while, drain it well and serve it on a plate.
- 3
Cut the salmon into pieces that are easy to eat and place them on the onions.
It can be kept in this state, covered with plastic wrap, in the fridge for a few hours. - 4
Sprinkle salt and pepper thinly over the whole, and sprinkle with olive oil, dill, and lemon in that order. Please do this part just before eating.
- 5
Cut the lemon into 1-2 mm thick pieces and place them.
Make one slit down the middle and twist, you will have a lemon like the one in the middle of the picture. - 6
Serve cold!
