  1. for kabbabs
  2. 1 kgqeema
  3. 4onions
  4. 4Green chilli
  5. ginger piece 2 inch
  6. 100 gmroasted channay
  7. 2bread slices
  8. 1egg
  9. Red chilli powder1 t spoon
  10. salt to taste
  11. garam masala 1t spoon
  12. holding 1/2tspoon
  13. for masala
  14. 4onions
  15. 4tomatoes
  16. 1/2 cupoil
  17. salt to taste
  18. Red chillipwdr 1/4tspoon
  19. qasoori methi a little
  20. haldi1/4tspoon
  21. dhania

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped onions and chillies while mincing qeema from shop

  2. 2

    Grind bread slices and bhuny hue channy.

  3. 3

    Mix in qeema and all masalas.and egg

  4. 4

    Take half mixture and make kababs.use other half next time or make kababs and freez them.

    Now shallow fry onions inside.

  6. 6

    Put tomatoes and all masala and little waterin it soit becomes soft.

  7. 7

    Cook it 4 5 min

  8. 8

    Put all kababs in it and cook on low flame for 15 min

  9. 9

    Garnish it with dhania and qasoori methi

  10. 10

    It is ready now.
