Boil Milk on a slow flame.Add sugar powder. Add grated Khoya. Stir cont. on slow flame till Khoya mix with milk.
Now add grated paneer stir again till consistancy looks thick.
Add desicated coconut mix properly. And stir till all ingredients combine. Lastly add ghee mix properly. Turn off flame. Transfer in a plate. Allow it to cool. Add rose arc and mix well. - 2
Now divide mixture in a 3parts. Add orange food colour in one part. Green colour in second part. Now make a flowers with mould.
Green leaves with mould. - 3
Arrange in a plate. Garnish with Saffron Almond and pistachio chips.
Keep in a fridge for 10-15min.
Delicious Tricolour Delight is ready to serve.
