This payesh is prepared using Govindbhog Rice which has short grain and very pleasing aroma.
Govindbhog Rice Paresh is prepared with condensed milk, ghee, milk powder and sugar. It's garnished with cashews and dry blueberries
Steps

Clean and wash rice. Soak for 30 minutes in warm water.

Add 2 cups of water, a pinch salt and take them in a wider vessel. I used rice cooker. When the water boiled, add soaked rice, ghee and milk powder dissolved in warm water.

Cook the rice till 80% is done. Now pour over it the condensed milk. Stir continuously.

When the payesh begin to thicken, switch off the rice cooker. Garnish the delicious, Govindbhog Rice Paresh with cashews and blueberries before serving.
