Ingredients

30 minutes
1 serving
  • 250 gmcauliflower
  • 1 tspgreen chilli garlic ginger paste
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspdhaniya powder
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 cupgreen peas

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the cauliflower properly and roughly chopped it.

  2. 2

    Take a pan,add oil add mustard seed and when it sputter add hing and add cauliflower and green peas and mix it properly and cover it with lid and cook on a low flame. Keep mixing in between.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle little water and again cover it with lid and again cook for sometime till cauliflower and green peas are cooked.When it is cooked add all masala and mix it properly. Again cover it with lid and allow to cook for sometime on low flame.

  4. 4

    When it is cook,garnish with fresh coriander and serve with garam garam fulka roti.
