    آئل میں ثابت لال مرچ فرائ کرکے نکال لیں اب اس تیل میں لہسن کو فرائ کریں اور ساتھ ہی زیرہ آلو دو چٹکی ہلدی نمک اور فرای لال مرچ توڑ کے ڈالیں اور میتھی ڈال دیں اور بھون لیں آنچ ہلکی کریں جب آلو گل جایں اور تیل چھوٹ جاے تو ہری مرچ کاٹ کے ڈال دیں
