Steps

Chopped all veggies. Remove the stalk and clean bathua Wash twice n boil it. Now drain out water.

Take oil in a pan and place it on flame for heating. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida and saute for while. Also add chopped garlic,ginger n green chilli as well. Stir with help of a spoon. Now add chopped spring onions.

Now add tomatoes. N cook 2 mins. Now add all spices n mix n cook well.add boil batua n mix properly n cook for 5 mins.
