This wonderful curry is a nice accompaniment to rice / roti / paratha.

A classic winter delight mostly prepared during winters because of abundant availability of cauliflower as well as green peas.
This wonderful curry is a nice accompaniment to rice / roti / paratha.
Steps

Assemble all ingredients, steam cauliflower florets, boil potato and cut into cubes and boil green peas also.

Roughly chop tomatoes

In moderately heated pan, add mustard oil, add whole spices and allow to crackle, then add cauliflower + potato cubes + ginger + chilli and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Then add tomatoes + all dry spices and stir fry till turns aromatic.

Now add 1/2 cup water + peas and give a nice boil. Add garam masala and simmer for 2-3 minutes, lastly add ghee and keep in stand by mode for 2 minutes.

Curry is ready to serve.

Serve with rice or roti or paratha
