A blondie is a variety of dessert bar. It resembles a chocolate brownie, but substitutes vanilla in place of cocoa, and contains brown sugar. Blondies also contain flour, butter, eggs, and baking powder and may also contain walnuts or pecans, white or dark chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, or other flavored chips.
I couldn't get brown sugar so I used simple sugar in it

Melt butter and white chocolate together

Add eggs one by one in butter mixture and beat them

Then add sugar and beat again

Add vanilla essence and flour and mix

Also add some chopped white chocolate it's optional

Pour batter into greased mould put white chocolate chip on the top,bake it in preheated oven for 30 minutes
