Sausages and butterbean Broth

Fry the sausages on a pan, remove and use it's oil to fry the chopped onion for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and add it to fry with the onion for two minutes.

Add the chopped celery, the stock and the rosemary. Stir and bring to boil then leave to simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the sausages to the pan together with the butter beans.

Add the parsley and the lime juice. Mix everything well together an leave it for another 10 minutes.

Add parsley and rosemary for garnish. Serve hot.

Optional: may add orzo at any point to cook to your preference in order to make for a more filling meal. Usually 20 minutes is fine.
