Excellent all-in one recipe where you can get your veggies, protein and carbs.
Steps

Add the butter and olive oil to a casserole pan.

Add the beef chuck roast to pan once oil is heated

Remove the beef after cooking it for 5-7 minutes

Add the onions and caramlize them.

Add back the beef and cook it for 5 minutes

Add the carrots and cook it for 3 minutes

Rinse the rice for 1-2 minutes and add it to the pot

Add salt, black pepper and cumin

Add the 1.5 cup of water and garlic cloves and wait until it boils
- 10
Cover the pot with a lid once it boils and wait for until rice is tender

Let it rest for 5-10 minutes once rice is fully cooked

Serve it warm & Enjoy!
