BBQ Bacon-Wrapped Burger-Stuffed Onion Bombs

BBQ Bacon-Wrapped Burger-Stuffed Onion Bombs
Steps
- 1
Peel onions and cut into each a well or bed.
- 2
Mix burger with the seasonings and Worcestershire Sauce and press into the onions. (If you have extra meat mixture, it's ok if the mix is above the rim of onion)
- 3
Wrap each onion with 2pcs of bacon (depending on size of onion, may take 3pcs bacon each) You may secure ends of bacon onto onion with toothpicks.
- 4
Bake at 300°F for 28min in a Ninja Foodie or in oven until internal temperature reaches between 145-150°F
- 5
Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce and top with your favorite cheese
- 6
Now use Air-Crisp setting on a Ninja Foodie for up to 8min at 375° or keep baking until cheese is melted and all ingredients are tender. Depending upon desired tenderness/doneness, (min. Internal Temp of 160°F,) cook times may need adjusting for your appliance.
- 7
Top with Parsley or Chives. Serve and enjoy!
