Savory Zucchini and Carrot Muffins

Grate the zucchini and carrot. Add the beaten eggs and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the flour, oats, and baking powder, along with a splash of milk. Mix everything together. Pour the batter into muffin molds and bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.

Here is the final result. I made these without salt so they are also suitable for babies.
