Dry roast methi seeds until the aroma comes and grind it into a coarse powder. Dry roast turkey berry until it changes its colour for a few minutes.

Grind onion, tomatoes, Coconut, tamarind into a fine paste

In a pan add oil when it is hot add Mustard seeds when it splutter add red chilli, hing and curry leaves

Add pearl onions, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt. Add the grinded paste, jaggery mix well and boil for a few minutes till the raw smell goes off.

Finally add the methi seeds powder,mix well and switch off the flame. Goes well with hot rice.
