Green Onion Fritters (Hare Pyaz ke Pakode)

Wash the green onions thoroughly and chop them finely. Finely chop the green chilies and onion bulb. Also, finely chop the garlic.

Sift the chickpea flour and mix in the rice flour. Add the chopped onions, all the spices, green chilies, cilantro, and cumin seeds. Add 1 teaspoon of oil and salt.

Mix everything well. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fritters. Prepare all the fritters in the same way and serve with sauce or chutney.
