Ingredients

Serves 8 servings
  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour (250 g)
  • 6 tablespoonssugar (75 g)
  • 4eggs
  • 7 tablespoonsvegetable oil (about 1/3 cup or 80 ml)
  • 1 cupmilk (250 ml)
  • 1 cupfresh raspberries (125 g)
  • 3/4 cupheavy cream (200 ml)
  • 7 ozbittersweet baking chocolate (200 g)

    Make the crêpes.

    Bring the heavy cream to a boil.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat, add the chocolate in pieces, and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.

  4. 4

    Place one crêpe on a plate, spread a spoonful of ganache over it, and spread to cover the entire crêpe with chocolate.

  5. 5

    Add another crêpe and repeat the process with the remaining crêpes, stopping before the last one.

  6. 6

    Place the final crêpe on top. Put a little chocolate on each raspberry before placing them on top of the crêpe cake.

  7. 7

    Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
