Make the crêpes.

Bring the heavy cream to a boil.

Remove from heat, add the chocolate in pieces, and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.

Place one crêpe on a plate, spread a spoonful of ganache over it, and spread to cover the entire crêpe with chocolate.

Add another crêpe and repeat the process with the remaining crêpes, stopping before the last one.

Place the final crêpe on top. Put a little chocolate on each raspberry before placing them on top of the crêpe cake.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
