Ingredients

  • 250 gmflour
  • 100 lwater
  • 1 tbspjeera
  • 1 tbsp ajwain,
  • as per taste salt,
  • 1 tsp turmeric,
  • pinch of black salt
  • as required Oil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add flour. Add salt, turmeric,oil, ajwain,black salt and jira.

    Mix it well and make a Dough. Roll a medium thick big roti. With bowl or any lid shape out small puri

    Now with knife place cut into puri and fry it on medium fast gas. Your Farsi puri is ready.
