Cut the sausages, celery, onion, tomato, cilantro, and serrano into small pieces. Remove seeds from the cucumber and chop.

Grate the carrot.

Prepare the sauce with 1 cup clamato juice, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 3/4 cup ketchup, juice of the 2 limes, 1/2 tablespoon habanero sauce, and a pinch of dried oregano.

Mix the sauce and check the salt.
