Steps

Take a mixing bowl put fenugreek leaves and all ingredients except ghee and mix well.

Now add wheat flour and little water and knead to a soft dough.

Now divide the prepared dough into equal small portions ball. Then roll the dough ball with the help of a rolling pin into a circle paratha.

Now place the paratha on a medium heat Tawa and fry both sides with ghee.

Serve hot paratha with curd, pickle.
