  • 2 cupscooked rice (about 400 grams)
  • 1bell pepper
  • 1/2onion
  • as neededMixed vegetables,
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1/2 headlettuce

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the beef in a pot.

    Drain the water, then add sofrito and garlic powder. Sauté.
