This recipe is a traditional Bengali chicken curry, a delicious dish with very little spice.

In a pan, add mustard oil and sugar. Once the sugar is melted, lightly brown with sliced onion and Kashmiri chilli powder and fry in it.

Remove the oil from the spices, mix well with the chicken pieces and cover with the lid medium heat for 20 minutes.

When chicken and potato are half boiled, hot water should be given.

Once the potatoes and chicken are boiled in the broth, spread hot spice powder and serve hot with rice
