This is from kitchen garden fresh methi saag taken today so I have decide to do methi paratha with this side dish I have prepared mixed subji(suka) , panner curry..

How to prepare these paratha. We will start cut methi leaves avoid the thick steam, cleaned nicely sliced into fine cuts then keep it separately. Take a micro oven bake for 2minutes attending few garlic strips into keep it separately.

When you preparing and cooking micro oven do not add salt simply cut in to fine cuts and add garlic strips..

Next step is boiled your potato. Peeled the skin keep it separately. Smashed it nicely.. Keep it separately..

Then take your atta just add salt, oil and next part is prepare your stuffing materials, you have to take a tawa pour some oil and pour jeera, green chilli, cooked in a micro oven methi saag and pour sliced spring onion, add red chilli powder,curry masala powder, add haldi powder, everything mix well cook for some time then add immediately all the masala's in to your take atta add little bit of oil and water make dough with your hand when the consistency will be tight dough cover it nicely.

Please cover it over cotton cloth upper portion of your paratha dish. So that your paratha dish will very soft when you are start preparing..

Let them rest for sometime then take a thick riti tawa heat it and start prepared your paratha. Make a small ball then dip in a atta make a round thin shape paratha, then immediately, transfer in to your tawa let them cook both side then, pour refined oil and desi ghee combination pour it nicely, when the colour turned to brown colour your hot paratha ready to serve for family members or guest. Your wish side with the winter subji and pickle.

Other wise just side dish thick curd mango pickle best combination no subji required it is up to your taste and wish.. Viewers..
