Dipping Sauce
Sliced chili
Few pieces sliced Onion
Tomato, sliced
Soy sauce
Kalamansi or lemon juice

Steps

Rub rock salt all over the tuna.

Season the meat part well with- garlic salt, black pepper, lemon juice, oyster or soy sauce and knorr.

Heat oil. Sauté onions and tomatoes. Simmer meat part down in the marinade. Add a few drops water if needed.
Cover and cook few minutes.

Flip and keep scooping the marinade on meat. Cook until desired doneness.

Serve with a lemon slice and dipping sauce.
