Mix coffee,oil,milk and vanilla essence and set it aside

Now beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and double in volume

Now add in prepared coffee mixture in it and beat again for few minutes

Now fold in dry ingredients and mix well to avoid lumps

Pour into greased 8 by 8 inch pan and bake in preheated patila for about 20 minutes

Let it cool at room temperature then put in freezer for about 1 hour minimum then cut into 3 slices
