  • 200 grselfraising flour
    No more self raising flour: make it yourself
  • 250 grgreek yoghurt
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tbsalt
  • Optional toppings. (Sesame, moon,nigella seeds,..)

    Preheat oven 200°C

  2. 2

    Mix yoghurt, flour and salt by hand

    Make a dough. Split the dough in 4.

  4. 4

    Make 4 dougnut shapes.
    Glace with beaten egg and sprinkle toppings on it..
    Bake for 20 to 25 min.

Tips

No more self raising flour: make it yourself

Just add 2 sachets (30 gr) of baking powder to 1kilo of plain flour. Mix well. Done
