First, mix the dry ingredients: yuca starch, cheeses, and sugar.

Add the egg, butter, and three tablespoons of milk to the mixture. Mix and knead the ingredients, adding more milk as needed until you have a soft, manageable dough that doesn't stick to your hands.

Divide the dough into 1 3/4-ounce portions (about 50 grams) and shape into circles. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 17 minutes.
