It’s simple and delicious 🤤 I’m usually making this in big portions and freeze the remaining sauce. The sauce goes well with spaghetti, bread and lasagna.

It’s simple and delicious 🤤 I’m usually making this in big portions and freeze the remaining sauce. The sauce goes well with spaghetti, bread and lasagna.

Heat some olive oil in a pan, cook finely chopped garlic and onion until fragrant.

Cut tomatoes in small pieces. Set the onion aside and cook the meat. Once the meat is cooked, add tomatoes and red wine.

Add tin tomatoes, bay leaf, water and stock cube. Cook for around 1 hour until the sauce becomes thick.

Start cooking pasta.

Once the sauce is ready, mix the pasta and sauce together in a pan.

Serve bolognese pasta in a plate and garnish a basil leaf on top.

Freeze remaining sauce.
