Firstly, sieve all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl at least twice to avoid any lumps in it & the batter to come out silky smooth

Next, in the same bowl now mix all the wet ingredients together ie. the milk, curd (if using it) & also the oil- Mix everything well nicely together until well combined and finely incorporated with each other- Add in the Vanilla Essence & the chopped up kiwis too & finally, give it all a really good mix once

Then, in the lined up baking pan- Place the Kiwi 🥝 Roundels nicely-
Pour in it the half of the batter or slightly more & then place the rest left over sliced kiwi Roundels, arrange it in the similar pattern like before - 4
Pour into it the rest of the reserved kiwi cake batter-
Spread it all along its edges & try to cover almost the entire kiwi arrangements under it, as much as is possible surely - 5
Tap it a few times to release the trapped air bubbles inside it-
Bake it now, @ the aforesaid given temperature settings for about, 20-30 mins time (depending on your own oven temp. settings) or alternatively, you can bake it without the oven & on the usual gas oven (refer the details aforesaid)- For around 30-40 mins time or until it passes out the toothpick test correctly - 6
Once that’s done Turn off the oven & let it cool inside it for another 10 mins time, take it out from the oven & very carefully & gently place it on the cooling rack or similar- Upside Down as the name suggests

Allow it to cool down completely to slice it up according to your desirable sizes & quantities- Garnish it your own way to ENJOY it with your loved ones
