Steps

First Marination... Take a mixing bowl, add chicken pcs & all the given ingredients, mix well. Keep it in the fridge for 4 hours.

Second Marination... A). Take mustard oil in another mixing bowl, add Kashmiri red chilli powder & haldi powder, mix it well.

B). Now add all the other ingredients, mix it thoroughly.

C). Squeeze the chicken pcs, add in the mix, marinate the chicken thoroughly. Keep it in the fridge for 4 hours.

For Makhani Gravy...A). Take a pan, add oil, heat it. In goes whole garam masala, onion, ginger & garlic, saute it for a sec.

B). Now add all the given ingredients one by one, mix it well. Top it up with water, cook it until tomato becomes mushy.

Turn off the flame, cool it, remove the garam masala, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.

In the mean time cook tikkas either on grill pan or bake it.

For Baking.... A). Preheat the oven on 220 degree centigrade. Grease the baking tray with oil, arrange all the tikkas, sprinkle some oil onto it. Bake it for 20 minutes. Check in between, cook it for more 5 minutes if required.

Now take a wok or deep bottom pan, add oil & butter, heat it. In goes tejpatta & dalchini, saute it for a minute.

Now add chopped onion, stir fry it until light brown. Add ginger garlic paste, saute it until rawness is released. Add very lil water to avoid burning.

Now add tomato & salt, mix it well. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until tomato becomes mushy.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add haldi, dhania & Kashmiri red chilli powder, mix it well, add very lil water, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Now add makhani gravy, mix it well, add lil water. You can add some more butter if you want. Cook it for 5 minutes. Add garam masala, kasoori methi & sugar, mix it well.

Now add tikka, stir it gently. Add fresh cream now, mix it well. Cover it again, lower the flame, cook it until oil has surfaced.

Turn off the flame, cover it with the lid for 5 minutes. Open the lid, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta & fresh cream.
