  1. 2small bowl Rice
  2. 1 tspElaichi powder
  3. As per taste sugar
  4. 2 teaspoonghee
  5. as required Dry fruits (cashews, badams, kishmish)
  6. 1/2 kgmilk more than

Cooking Instructions

    Wash n soak Rice for 1/2 hour.In a big Sepri put Milk for boiling, now add tezpatta,Elaichi powder,let it boil for few minutes, now add soak Rice for 10/15 minutes till it's done.

    Now add sugar and stir for few minutes,put chopped dryfruits and put 2tsp Ghee over the kheer.

    Lastly serve Rice Kheer with hot puris, yummy it taste
