  • 1/2 cup nylon sev
  • as required Chopped coriander
  • 3-4Sweet chutney- khajoor soak in water,
  • 1 tsp tamarind pulp
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/4 CupGreen chutney- poodina & coriander,
  • 3-4 green chilies,
  • As Per Taste Salt
  • 1 finely chopped onion. Kairi if available

    Grind sweet, green chutney

    Arrang pooris on plate

  3. 3

    Put mashed potatoes, sev, onions, chutneys on it

    Garnish with coriander
