Chapli Kabaab or the mince meat patties are soft, moist, delicious and easy to make dish. These kabaabs are very soft and delicate and served with green chutney and salads. You can make the same with beef or lamb or even chicken too.

Dry roast all the whole spices(black and green cardamom,black pepper,cumin, clove, cinnamon, maize and nutmeg) and whole red chilli grind it into a fine paste along with Ginger and garlic and a medium size onion. You can even fry the onions and crush it then add to the spice mix.

Make a very fine paste of it then mix this paste into thick yoghurt and add crack one egg to it. Now mix the chicken/mutton/beef/lamb mince to it give 3-4 pulses of this mixture into a mixer jar add some coriander leaves mix it well and marinate it for at least one hour then shallow or deep fry.for best result marinate it overnight.

In case the mixture is kind of runny and you are unable to make the patties then add 1-2 tbsp more flour/besan/cornflour to it. Refrigerate for 30 minutes then start making the patties by this it will be easy to handle. Serve it with chutney /raita/ salad or whatever you like.
