Steps

Parboil your rice. Wash and drain. Boil water and add curry to it.

Then add the parboiled rice and cook. When it's done, turn off the flame and keep aside.

Heat up oil in a pot and add sliced onions, fry for 3mins.

Add in diced carrots (washed), peas(cooked) and diced liver(cooked). Stir fry for some minutes.

Finally, add in your cooked rice and mix everything together.

Add in curry, thyme, fried rice spice, chilli powder, black pepper and ginger powder, stir well.

Add in seasoning and scotch bonnets and salt to adjust the taste. Continue stir frying for 5-7mins. Turn off the flame and serve.
