  1. 12medium carrots (diced)
  2. 1large cucumber (sliced)
  3. 1large ginger (diced)
  4. Sugar(as desired)
  5. 2 tbsplemon juice

    Assemble all the ingredients

    Peel the skin, wash and put in a blender.

    Blend till smooth

    Sieve and refrigerate.

    Add lemon juice and sugar
