  • 1 cupMaida,
  • 1 cupmilk powder
  • 1 cup,sugar,
  • 1 cupcurd,
  • 1 cup milk
  • as required Thandai premix, vanilla essence, whip cream, gel colour for cake
  • as required Baking powder, baking soda

    Mix all dry ingredients, add oil, butter, curd and milk, make cake batter, bake for 25 min on 180 degree,make thandai by using thandai premix, sugar and 1 cup milk

  2. 2

    Make 6,7 Slice of cake, on each layer add chilled thandai,whip cream, decorate with chocolate ganache and colorful cream
