  • 2 tablespoonghee
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 2 cupsbesan
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed cashew nuts (optional)

    Firstly,in a small tadka pan, and ghee and milk and heat it lightly.

    In a large mixing bowl add besan

  3. 3

    Take little ghee-milk mix at a time and rub on the flour. Make sure the flour is coated nicely with the ghee-milk mix. It should hold together when you try to form a ball of the flour. Sieve the flour and discard the residue.

    In a non sticky Pan add ghee and besan

  5. 5

    Keep stirring until the flour turns brown in color and leaves aroma.

  6. 6

    Allow it to cool. Add cardamom powder and mix it well.

  7. 7

    Next add the powdered sugar and mix it well.

  8. 8

    Add the crushed cashewnuts and mix it well. Set it aside to cool.

  9. 9

    When the mix is slightly warm, start forming it into ladoos of desired size.

  10. 10

    Delicious and Irresistible Besan Ladoo is ready. Enjoy it when you crave for something sweet.
