Thandai flavoured cupcakes are very tasty and flavourful.I have made it with homemade thandai powder.Soft and fluffy cupcakes are perfect for Holi celebration.#Holi2022#holi special#

Grind almond, pistachio, cashew nut,fennel seeds,black pepper, cardamom,poppy seeds in a mixer jar.Take half of the thandai powder,add gulkand at milk into it and grind.

Sieve all-purpose flour,cust powder,baking powder, baking soda and salt.Keep it aside.

Take a bowl,add sugar,oil and butter.Beat it until smooth and light.Add dry mixture into it.Then add milk little by little to make smooth batter.In the mean time preheat the oven at 180 degree for 5 min.Take 7 pancakes wrappers,fill it with this mixture 3/4 th cup.Sprinkle some pistachio over all the cupcakes.

Bake it for 25- 30 min. Check the cupcakes by inserting knife,it should come out clean.

Your delicious.cupcakes are ready to serve.
