First day bowl and wheat flour, water and make some soft dough of parantha.

Take small portion of dough.Make roti and spread some oil, salt and ajwain on it evenly.Spread some wheat flour on roti.

And roll it as a zig zag for making lachha parantha. Take tawa on flame and make parantha, spread some oil on it and fry both side evenly.

Take yogurt, add Chopped onion, salt, red chili powder, chat masala or coriendor powder.

Take one big spoon, add oil and heat the oil on high flame put jeera in it.When jeera was burn then add this into the yogurt and cover the lid for 10 min.All the Tandoori flavour, add in the yogurt.Your Tandoori raita is ready.

Serve Tandoori raita with laccha parantha.
