Steps

Take a pan and add all Thandai Masala Ingredients
Soak for overnight - 2
Transfer to the grinder jar
Blend into a smooth paste - 3
Boil milk
Add saffron, nutmeg powder & cinnamon powder.
Add prepared thandai paste
Add sugar as required - 4
Stir continuously and mix it well
Let it completely cool
Pour thandai in glass
Garnish with chopped almonds, cashew & pistachios. - 5
